2. Consultation & Booking Terms

• All consultation bookings are subject to approval. Coach Yeeshu reserves the right to decline applications that do not align with our expertise.
• Schedules are strictly maintained. Any cancellations or rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours notice.
• Consultations are meant for advisory purposes and the implementation of discussed strategies lies with the client unless an explicit implementation contract is signed.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All fees for consulting sessions, courses, or ongoing advisory services must be paid upfront unless a structured payment plan is agreed upon.
• Due to the intellectual nature of the advice and strategies provided, all payments are strictly non-refundable. We guarantee the quality of our strategies, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, as implementation execution varies by client.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, frameworks, documents, and content provided by Coach Yeeshu (including website content, branding, videos, and consulting materials) are the exclusive intellectual property of Coach Yeeshu. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any of these materials without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Coach Yeeshu provides advisory services based on current marketing trends and business data. However, business involves inherent risks. Coach Yeeshu shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the strategies provided. Clients assume full responsibility for their business decisions.
